How Coaching Works

1. Apply & Get Matched

Start by filling out a short application so I can understand your goals, experience, and schedule. This helps ensure we’re a good fit and that I can support you properly.

2. Train with a Personalized Plan

You’ll receive a personalized training plan delivered through Final Surge (free for athletes). Your workouts are tailored to your goals, current fitness, and real-life constraints.

3. Get Support & Adjust Along the Way

We’ll track your progress, adjust training as needed, and keep things sustainable. Most coaching cycles run 8–12 weeks, with flexibility based on your goals and race schedule.

Why I Coach

I didn’t start running because I was fast — I started running because I needed my life back.
In 2018, I began running after losing over 180 pounds. What started as a way to move and stay consistent slowly turned into something bigger: confidence, discipline, and a belief that progress doesn’t have to be extreme to be meaningful.
Since then, I’ve run everything from 5Ks to the marathon distance, and I’ve learned that the most sustainable training plans are the ones built around real people with real schedules. That’s why I became an ISSA-Certified Running Coach — to help others build fitness in a way that’s supportive, realistic, and sustainable.
